i woke up to a lovely dusting of snow on our world, and today feels especially cozy with fat pretty flakes drifting down. i can sit back in my desk chair, look out my french doors and see the serenity spread out before me.
i’d rather be curled up with the boy and a book, but beggars/choosers/and all.
2007 is going to be predictably busy from the work side. i knew the first quarter would likely be a mad dash, but i think the boy summoned the work faeries by saying he was concerned about cashflow.
this week (yes, all 3 days of it) have brought an ecom build, a print ad campaign, some logo work, 3 cart conversions, 1 tutorial build, ongoing work from the pornmonger, and the beginning of the process to work for Anheuser Busch.
that and 10 days of travel time – oh my! 🙂
after such a long slacker period of 30-hour weeks, i think i am about to pay my dues. gotta keep those rockstar skills sharp!
